Video Case Study – Accomplice

In my time as Content Manager for Austin-based experiential design studio Accomplice, I coordinated the production of several video case studies, showcasing the studio's design and fabrication work for a variety of interesting clients.

One of the most fun to produce was the case study for Kammok, which highlights the grand opening of Kammok's Adventure Outpost, and all the hard work and creative problem-solving that went into its conception.

From scheduling and conducting interviews with both the Kammok and Accomplice teams, to the coordination of the pre and post-production process, it was beyond satisfying to see our work documenting the build-out of the space come together so beautifully.

  • Interviewing, Pre Production, Photography, Project Management, Videography

  • The interview with Accomplice's Head of Engineering, Scott Starr, was shot inside the studio's in-house fabrication shop. The overhead AC unit had to be shut off during filming for audio purposes, but the Texas heat was too hot for our cameras (and crew) to handle. We had to keep each take hyper short to prevent the cameras from shutting off, and patted each others' foreheads down with paper towels in between takes!
